BELLEVUE, WA, August 22, 2011 – Radiant Logistics, Inc. (OTC QB: RLGT), a domestic and international logistics services company, today announced the further expansion of its Distribution By Air (“DBA”) network with a new station in Houston, Texas. The Houston facility will leverage Radiant’s robust technology platform and global network to provide a comprehensive level of domestic and international freight forwarding and logistics services.

With combined logistics industry and management experience spanning over 30 years in Houston, veterans Liz Figueroa and Gerald Lopez are poised to lead the station servicing a diversified base of existing domestic and international customers. “Working with Radiant and DBA, we now have the support and tools needed to provide world-class service and support for our expanding customer base to outperform the competition,” said Figueroa, Director of Sales for Distribution By Air – Houston. “We look forward to long-term growth and sustainable success as a member of the Radiant Logistics family here in Houston.”

As a member of the Radiant Logistics family of companies, the DBA-Houston station joins the ever-expanding Radiant network of over 100 company-owned and exclusive agent offices across North America servicing a diversified account base that includes manufacturers, distributors and government agencies, using a network of independent carriers and international agents positioned strategically around the world. Additionally, the DBA-Houston station provides specialized services commonly needed to support the large number of energy industry suppliers prevalent to the Houston area, like ISPM-approved crating services both on-site and on-location.

"Growing our U.S. network through the addition of the Houston station and industry veterans like Liz and Gerald will have an immediate and positive impact on our organization going forward,” said Bohn Crain, Founder and CEO of Radiant Logistics. “Their in-depth knowledge of the Houston market and specialized needs of the local customer base in combination with the resources of the Radiant/DBA Network makes for a powerful partnership.”

Crain continued: “We remain very excited about the opportunity for continued organic growth available through expansions of our agent-based operations at DBA and believe that we remain uniquely positioned to bring value to our network participants: (1) leveraging our status as a public company to provide our partners with an opportunity to share in the value that they help create, (2) providing a robust platform in terms of people, process and technology which is translating into better purchasing power with our vendors and more sophisticated e-business solutions for our customers and (3) offering a unique opportunity in terms of succession planning and liquidity for our station owners.”

“We are energized and excited about what this new partnership means for our customers,” adds Lopez, General Manager of Distribution By Air – Houston. “We feel privileged to have joined an organization that provides a platform from which we can finally provide the full spectrum of service offerings.”
