In July, Reno, NV-based national industrial developer, DP Partners, will break ground for the fourth building (a 513,240 SF big-box distribution facility) within its new 102-acre, master-planned business park, LogistiCenter at North Las Vegas, announced Bradley J. Myers, Las Vegas Regional Manager for DP Partners.

"This is the largest big-box warehouse/distribution center in the Las Vegas market, and it is designed to provide maximum flexibility for regional distributors and local tenants. If a company needs more than 200,000 SF, there are a few choices in the market, but if it needs over 500,000 SF, this is the only game in town," says Myers. The building is scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2007.

This new cross-docked facility is situated on a 25-acre site. It features a 32-inch clear-height ceiling, 50' x 50' bay sizes, eight drive-in doors, 100 dock-high doors, 50' x 60' speed bays, ESFR fire-safety system and parking capacity for 513 vehicles.

According to Myers, LogistiCenter at North Las Vegas carries the company's LogistiCenter national brand name because it fits DP's development criteria for affordable industrial facilities located in emerging growth corridors of major US markets with exceptional access to transportation infrastructure.
