ALLAS -- FedEx announced today the launch of its Pack.Ship.Give. program, which turns the act of packing and sending gifts from FedEx Office during the holidays into financial support for the American Red Cross. From November 28 through December 14, FedEx will donate $1 to the American Red Cross, up to $250,000, for each packing and shipping transaction completed at FedEx Office locations nationwide. The Pack.Ship.Give. donation will impact lives through disaster assistance, educational programs and more.

With Pack.Ship.Give., gift givers can trust a FedEx Office packing pro to professionally pack and ship special items to their loved ones. From gadgets to fragile family heirlooms, FedEx Office’s packing and shipping services are an easy way to check something off the “to do” list while simultaneously helping others in need, and at no extra cost to the consumer. All customers have to do is send an item via the pack and ship services and FedEx will make the $1 donation per transaction.
“Pack.Ship.Give. is an easy way for our customers to help us contribute this holiday season and support the Red Cross as they serve those who need it most,” said Brian Philips, president and CEO of FedEx Office. “We have a longstanding relationship with the American Red Cross and are pleased to support them through our Pack.Ship.Give. program.”

FedEx has been a proud supporter of the Red Cross mission since 1995. The financial and in-kind support from FedEx helps the American Red Cross respond to nearly 70,000 disasters nationwide each year, such as home fires, tornadoes and hurricanes.
