Windsor, ON – March 17th, 2015 – Randy Motley, President of Farrow, was appointed to serve on Seneca College’s School of International Business Program Advisory Committee.

Seneca’s Program Advisory Committees ensures that the curriculum of each related program is current and provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed when joining the workforce. The committee members are made up of an external selection of exceptional leaders in their industry, with their expertise and experience relating directly to the course program.

Randy joined Farrow in 2004 as the Vice-President of operations and quickly rose through the ranks owing to his successful strategic planning process and his commitment to efficiency. As President of Farrow Canada, Randy’s day to day responsibilities include Canadian Brokerage Operations, Consulting, Sales, Marketing and Finance/Corporate Services for a company consisting of over 1000 employees throughout North America, and managing a cash flow of over $1.3 billion. His past roles include positions of influence with many well-known Canadian brands, such as Greyhound lines and GK Services Canada. This extensive experience combined with his past business endeavours makes Randy a valuable resource to the committee.

I’m confident that this advisory committee will be able to understand current and future trends and provide Seneca students the development they need to begin their careers.”

Randy will serve on the International Business Program Advisory Committee for a three year term.
