BRENTWOOD, Tennessee--Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OH Logistics) recently added David Heller as vice president of business development. In this newly-created role, Heller will initially work with the supply chain management company's transportation group.

Prior to joining OH Logistics, Heller held various positions in the third party logistics, executive management training and food service industries. Most recently, Heller served as executive vice president of the PRIISM Group, a third party logistics company that he built and managed. His consulting and executive management training work led to the opportunity at PRIISM, when one of his clients, Best Services, tapped him as the leader for their new venture.

"David's breadth of experience and knowledge, which includes expertise in warehousing, domestic transportation and ocean freight, makes him a terrific addition to our team," commented Denis Reilly, president of transportation for OH Logistics. "Supply chains continue to become more complex and David's proficiency with numerous facets of logistics helps us tremendously as we design and execute complete supply chain solutions for our clients and prospects."

"I am delighted to be on the OH Logistics team," said Heller. "This is a company that is growing at a highly accelerated pace while continuing to keep client needs as the top priority. It is exciting to see the expansion of service offerings and the focus on providing end-to-end solutions."

Heller has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is affiliated with the Crescent Rotary Club, the American Marketing Association, the Greater Greensboro Merchants Association, and the World Trade Association.

Since joining OH Logistics in late 2006, Reilly has added several key people to the transportation group to support the rapid growth of the company and to offer expanded services to the industry.
