Scancode Systems Acquires PulseOne Solutions Group

TORONTO, Ont. Scancode Systems Inc., the leading developer of advanced logistics software and the primary source for integrated warehousing and carrier-compliant shipping solutions announced that it has acquired PulseOne Solutions Group.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, PulseOne is a leading developer and distributor of global supply chain fulfillment and transportation software. As a transportation industry pioneer of the Software as a Service (SaaS) sales model, the company has enjoyed exponential growth and continues to install systems across the United States and Europe in a wide range of market verticals. With the acquisition of PulseOne, Scancode can extend its product portfolio into the

currently untapped low- to mid-level shipping software market and significantly expand its supply chain product portfolio, says President and CEO Ned Atalla. The PulseOne purchase marks Scancodes second acquisition in less than 6 months. Prior to this purchase, Scancode acquired from Nova Transportation Management Systems Inc. (formerly LogTech) all rights and intellectual property of Shipment Commander logistics software as well as the company's existing customer base.
