Journal of Commerce--The growth in global air cargo traffic slowed in August but remains higher than in the pre-recession peak of early 2008, the International Air Transportation Association said.

The world's airlines transported 19.6 percent more freight in August than a year ago, down from a 23 percent year-on-year increase in July but 3 percent above pre-recession levels, the industry body reported. Read more!
