Editorial Guidelines
Please read carefully prior to submitting your inquiry

PARCEL media is dedicated to the professional development of today's logistics professionals. Our mission is to equip these professionals with the tools to succeed in today’s ever-changing industry. Our highly-praised editorial covers the entire small-shipment process, from warehousing and packaging optimization to carrier contract negotiation to final delivery. PARCEL media is proud of the community we have built with our fellow industry professionals, and we welcome their contributions for publication. We encourage all those affiliated with the logistics industry to become engaged and to join our community of writers and professionals. We accept editorial contributions from all those interested parties that meet our mission and objectives. The below guidelines are meant to clarify the submission process and the editorial standards for all those looking to contribute to PARCEL media.

AUDIENCE & CONTENT Almost half (48%) of our subscribers are at the executive level (VP/owner). The highest areas of interest among our readers are articles relating to: carrier selection, shipping systems, packaging, warehousing, and material movement. Fifty percent of our audience ships fewer than 60,000 parcels a month, but almost one-fifth of our audience ships more than 1.2 million parcels a month. Subsequently, our editorial covers a variety of different situations. Most articles are written in a semi-formal, conversational style; some articles are more data-heavy, while some are opinion pieces determined to get readers thinking about the current and future states of the parcel industry. Both types of submissions have found great popularity among our readers.

EDITORIAL SUBMISSIONS All PARCEL media outlets follow a pre-determined, internal editorial calendar (though it is subject to change). However, our general industry coverage, categorized by 12 key topics, is year-round and is not limited to pre-set reporting deadlines.

All submissions will be placed under an intense review process conducted by our Editor.
