The company aims to merge Alliance1 with another Tennessee-based courier firm, Express Courier International, which it acquired five years ago.
Alliance1 provides Express with routes throughout Tennessee, including to Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Jackson and the Tri-Cities area.
