Organized by Heavy Duty Trucking, Green Fleet, Work Truck and Automotive Fleet, the session will educate fleet attendees on the many ways technology is helping to save costs in areas such as routing and scheduling, asset utilization tracking, customer service, and tracking HOS, driver compensation, and productivity in the heavy duty truck sector. Renamed The Fleet Technology Expo, the conference offers educational sessions along three specific tracks; Green Fleet—Adopting alternative fuels, Fleet Analytics—Maximizing data for efficient fleet management and Heavy Duty—Making every mile and component count. Designed for fleets across industries that want to improve operational efficiencies, the sessions include strategies to reduce fuel consumption and maintenance costs, optimize software and data to reduce operating costs and provide insights into alternative-fuel adoption.
In her current position, Flynn will continue to focus on building environmentally-conscious initiatives to help the company’s private fleet clients realize sustainability in transportation. Fran brings 25 years of experience of the trucking industry making her an ideal candidate to administer this particular panel. Her passion for fleet sustainability is evidenced by her contribution in Fleet Advantage’s unique value proposition of offering analytics that help client companies identify opportunities to reduce their operational costs as well as their carbon footprint.
“Forward thinking fleet operators are leveraging technology and data analytics to gain visibility into their total cost of ownership; said Flynn. “We are pleased to be a part of this important conference that helps educate industry leaders on emerging technologies and smart, efficient fleet management.”
