The Omega Counting Scale is a capable tool used to verify accuracy in manufacturing and inventory controls. Counting scales use the known weight of individual parts, or a sample of known parts, to yield a piece count. Piece count data is useful in a variety of applications. For example, creating parts kits with sufficient and accurate quantities. Other examples include bulk counting for inventory needs and even creating accurate invoices. The Omega Counting Scale features 5 different methods of sampling – or inferring quantity based on weight. Remote floor scales can be connected to Omega and automatically process larger quantities of product based off of smaller sample sizes. The Omega Counting Scale is fully functional with AC power, or by using the integrated re-chargeable battery.
