Chairman Charles D. Nottingham of the Surface Transportation Board will share his perspectives on critical issues facing U.S transportation at the NASSTRAC 2007 Annual Conference and Expo. The educational and networking conference will take place at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Seaworld May 6-9, 2007 in Orlando, Fla.
