Jacksonville, FL – JTS (Johanson Transportation Service), a leading third-party supply chain solutions provider, announces the addition of Shane Abbott as Sales & Logistics Coordinator in their Orange Park, Florida branch. Mr. Abbott will be responsible for sales, appointment setting, tracing, dispatching trucks and customer service.
Mr. Abbott has 15 years logistics experience including his four years in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was a Corporal E-4 in charge of reporting to the Commanders on Combat Readiness regarding ground equipment transport.
Before joining JTS, he worked at Hybrid Logistics as a freight broker/ dispatcher of flatbed trucks. Abbott also gained a range of experience in warehouse account management, customer service and logistics coordination while employed with CSX, Grimes Logistics, and FMX Inc.
He is a native of Middleburg, Florida.
