User Agreement
As a user of the PARCEL website(s), I represent to PARCEL Media that my access is on my own behalf or on behalf of my employer or my own business enterprise and that I am authorized and empowered to make promises, representations and agreements on my own behalf or on behalf of my employer or business enterprise. I understand this agreement contains important legal and financial responsibilities that may affect me, my employer or my business.
As an inducement for PARCEL Media to provide me with access to or permitting me to use PARCEL websites, I agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that the Internet, electronic commerce and technology is changing rapidly, and PARCEL Media may address these changes by changing these terms and conditions from time to time at PARCEL Media's sole discretion. Accordingly, I promise to review regularly these terms and conditions to be informed of and agree to any changes made by PARCEL. If, at any time, I do not agree to any term or condition of this or any revised PARCEL web access or use agreement, I promise not to access or otherwise use any PARCEL affiliated websites and/or products. These products and services include PARCEL Media websites, email newsletters/alerts, conference/annual event, webinars, magazines and the affiliated services of any PARCEL Media and MadMen3, LLC subsidiaries or affiliates. Information Collected
Personally identifiable information collected through the use of PARCEL websites and services may include a user’s name, country of residence/postal address, email address, phone number, job title, employer, content preferences or other information from which the user’s identity may be reasonably ascertained. All information collected is voluntarily provided by you and with your clear affirmative consent. For example, we may ask you for your email, country of residence and content preferences when you become a registered user of a PARCEL Media website or your name, job title, company and postal address when you sign up for our print magazines. We may also collect information (including personal, geographic and demographic data) when you register for a webinar, participate in a feedback/market survey, attend our live event (the PARCEL Forum), receive content/marketing promotions, such as downloadable resources, compiled articles, guidelines, market research or advertising media kits, or to administer your user account (to fulfill renewal or cancellation requests). You are not required to provide any information requested on a PARCEL website or any other affiliated products and services, and you can still access most of the Content provided on this website. However, if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to access certain options and services.
PARCEL Media may collect personal information through the use of "contact" forms on its website as a way for clients, potential clients and users of our services to communicate with PARCEL Media and/or MadMen3, LLC. The information collected may include name, postal address, country of residence, phone/fax number, email address, website address, company name, job title and any other specific information voluntarily provided by the user. PARCEL Media only collects this information in order to administer services/requests to clients, potential clients and users. This information is not stored or processed beyond the purpose of the initial request initiated by the user. In the course of administering services/requests for the user, collection of additional information or use of voluntarily submitted information may result, in which the terms and conditions of this Privacy Statement and "No Confidentiality and License" clause would then be applied.
We may also collect information about you from third party sources, such as subscription services and publicly available databases, including privately held marketing and data analytics resources. For example, we may receive personal (name and email address) and demographic information (job industry, job title/function, employer/company size, country of residence) from these sources. Our advertising partners may or may not also use web beacons/scripts to collect various data provided by your browser while you are on the PARCEL website or when we are acting as the third party (for example, when we send a sponsored email on behalf of the advertiser). However, this data is collected in the aggregate, and PARCEL Media does not release user information outside of the use of our website.

Use of Your Information
PARCEL Media undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of the identity, preferences and other information it has collected about individual users and will never knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside PARCEL Media other than to users or as described here and in the below section titled “sharing of information.”
PARCEL Media primarily uses the information directly provided by you, third party sources, analytics services (such as Google Analytics, marketing and customer relationship management platforms and email marketing/newsletter services) and/or through the use of general cookies to deliver the most relevant and targeted Content and advertising to our users. We may use user-specific and/or aggregated data to make reasonable assumptions (profiles) based on your user and browser behavior on our site and where we may be acting as a third party. PARCEL Media does not use information about its users for any unrelated purposes.
From time to time, PARCEL Media may provide email notifications (such as news/web alerts, content according to a specific topic, videos, digital magazines and information on webinars and our annual event), emails highlighting new features or services, targeted offers from advertising partners and account/administrative communications. We will never send such communications without your express consent to do so. Again, you may correct or modify what communications we send to you by clicking here.
PARCEL Media will never sell or transfer the ownership of your user information to any third party that is not owned, operated or an affiliate of PARCEL Media and/or MadMen3, LLC. However, we may rent our list of those users who have expressly provided their consent to do so to third party sources. For those users who have consented to receive promotional offers from third parties through our Communication Preference Center, we may transfer some personally identifiable information (including name, email and address) of those users who click on advertiser/product offers to third party sources. If you do not want any of your personally identifiable information to be released to any third party at any time, you may opt out of receiving "Advertiser/Product Information" by clicking here. We may also transfer some personally identifiable information (which may include name, email, phone number, address, job title, company and any other demographic information) to third party sources for our advertiser-sponsored webinars. Please be aware when you register for a sponsored PARCEL webinar, you are providing your personally identifiable information to that advertiser. Sharing of Information
PARCEL Media will not knowingly reveal any user's identity to marketers, unless that user has expressly consented to do so as outlined above. It is solely at the user's discretion if he or she chooses to provide personally identifiable information directly to a marketer/advertiser by making a purchase, requesting additional information or communicating directly with that company or organization after visiting its website or otherwise.
As part of its day-to-day business activities, PARCEL Media may disclose certain aggregate-level information about PARCEL users to certain third parties. Below is the information and circumstances under which PARCEL Media may be required to disclose information to third parties.1) To provide services: In order to enhance and administer services to you, we use third parties to provide email marketing/customer relationship management services, web content management/hosting services, print and mail services, telemarketing/list cleansing services and statistical analysis of our services (i.e., feedback surveys). During the course of administering these services, you may be requested to voluntarily provide certain user information during your use of the service and/or websites. If you voluntarily submit your personal information, it may be shared with PARCEL Media, certain affiliates and vendors providing services to PARCEL Media. PARCEL Media will only share the information as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your user information for any other purpose. (2) To describe our marketing services: PARCEL Media offers its services and website Content at no cost to its users. As a result, PARCEL Media receives most of its revenue from advertisements placed across the various products and channels we provide. In order to attract and retain advertisers, we use the aggregated, anonymous information that we gather (as well as information from third party sources) to describe our services to potential clients and to assist our advertisers and sponsors to better understand our audience, to report on advertising campaigns that we undertake for any particular marketer and/or to implement and explain campaign strategies. Subject to the exceptions discussed above, we do not disclose personally identifiable information about our users to these parties.
(3) To meet legal and/or compliance requirements: Due to the existing legal, regulatory and security environment, PARCEL Media may be required, under certain circumstances, to disclose aggregate and/or personally identifiable information about its users. PARCEL Media will use its best efforts to limit such disclosure to the following: where PARCEL Media believes in good faith that it is required to do so in response to a subpoena or other legal process; where reasonably required to do so in order to maintain, update or otherwise implement data security measures, equipment, technical operations and the like; or where reasonably necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to preserve and/or enforce PARCEL Media's rights.
For those EU Individuals: PARCEL Media will process your user information on the legal basis of consent (collected at the time of user registration on the website), contract (if you have entered into a written Agreement with us and such processing is a necessary part of said Agreement) or legal obligation (as noted above). PARCEL Media may also process certain user information on the basis of our legitimate interests, provided that such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights and interests.

Security
PARCEL Media has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect our information assets, including the confidentiality of information collected about PARCEL users. These technologies are deployed as part of a sophisticated security architecture and protocol. Unfortunately, neither PARCEL Media’s network nor data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect user information, PARCEL Media cannot ensure or warrant the security of user information. Once we receive your information, PARCEL Media undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of user information consistent with this Privacy Statement. Children’s Privacy
PARCEL Media does not knowingly collect (nor do we wish to collect) any personal information from children under the age of 18. In the event that we learn we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information from our database and terminate the corresponding account, if any. PARCEL Media’s website and services are for the express use of adults and verified professionals employed by an operating corporate company, as governed by the applicable laws and regulations.
