Post&Parcel--DHL Freight has improved its tracking capabilities across Europe, giving customers an “upgraded and uniform way to track shipments”.

The operator says its new Active Tracing system makes it easier for clients to check the whereabouts of their road freight transports.

Customers can now receive up to 30 status information events from across the entire transportation chain, from pick-up to delivery.
