Whether you are involved in inserting, card processing, postal and parcel sorting or intralogistics, BÖWE SYSTEC’s customer–centric approach and focus on key technologies means that that there are always attractive new developments to discover in every segment. This year is no exception, with the Simex Flexi mixed mail sorter.
There are also commercially attractive product enhancements. The new integrated scale for the OptiSorter packet and parcel sorting system are a case in point. It can be installed in the sorter itself in order to keep capital costs down.
It is machines like the OptiSorter, with its reliable push-tray technology – that supports the processing of bulky, round items or small cross border items sourced from China – or the high-performance Fusion Cross inserting system that will be the center of attention at the Exclusive Days, offering, as they do, cutting-edge technology and future-proof investment thanks to their numerous configuration options and the capability to be retrofitted at any time.
The Fusion Cross inserting system is a high-performance solution for both transactional and the direct mail segment that delivers a quick return on investment. Technical refinements such as the Flow-Principle, which slows down the actual inserting process by a factor of 4.5 and allows for a stable production process resulting in the highest net output in this industry, or the level of enclosure flexibility constantly amaze even experienced industry insiders. This system achieves three times the speed of conventional machines even when dealing with challenging applications. In Augsburg, the Fusion Cross will demonstrate its efficiency and reliability for the processing of small jobs.
It will be complemented by mailing solutions such as the Direct Mailer, which was designed as a commercially attractive and capable entry-level solution for mailing processing. For the transactional segment there is of course the Turbo, for which there are attractive new concepts available.
The new “4 – 6 – 9” concept for the Pace card mailing system is sure to excite a buzz of interest. Its modular design allows the customer to upgrade the attractive base model at any time. BÖWE SYSTEC will use the Watermill card storage to demonstrate how logistics processes for card processing can be optimized, whether integrated in the production line or as a stand alone mini vault.
To enable all of these technologies to be exploited to the full, BÖWE SYSTEC offers a comprehensive array of software – whether it be for the intuitive operation of individual systems, for comprehensive data analysis or smart automation of the complete production landscape.
BÖWE SYSTEC is looking forward to your visit, your questions and your ideas; and we can’t wait to show you our exciting new developments.
