ID Technology, a division of Pro Mach and a leading manufacturer and integrator of labeling, coding, and marking systems, now offers cheese, poultry, and meat processors in the upper Midwest region weigh price labeling systems from Ossid, a Pro Mach sister division. Ossid's state-of-the-art weigh price labeling systems are designed to run packages ranging in size from 12 to 20 inches in length at rates up to 120 units per minute. Ossid also produces systems for weighing and labeling cases up to 24 inches long and weighing 70 pounds. Semi-automatic and fully automatic systems are available as well as multiple print stations. Ossid weigh price labelers are modular, which means processors purchase systems for meeting today's needs, while knowing that functionality can be added as the business grows and conditions change. These systems are designed and manufactured in the United States and serviced locally by Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI) factory trained and certified technicians. "Cheese, poultry, and meat processors are looking for ways to improve productivity, lower labor costs, and gain a competitive advantage,•bCrLf said Charles Osborn, upper Midwest regional manager, ID Technology.
