KFYR-TV--The Port of North Dakota had been a dream for some in the Magic City for decades.
"I`ve wanted to do this since 1977. Then in 2000 we actually got the first bit of money to do a feasibility study," says Jay Fisher, Director NDSU Research Extension Center.
