Journal of Commerce--Saddle Creek, a Lakeland, Fla.-based 3PL, plans to expand its integrated logistics services with the acquisition this week of ProLog Logistics, a warehousing and fulfillment company headquartered in San Diego, Calif. 

“This acquisition will allow us to deepen our fulfillment capabilities, providing a broader range of services and greater value to our customers,” said David Lyons, Saddle Creek’s founder and chairman. “We continue to evolve and enhance our abilities to serve our customers, and we’re confident that ProLog’s expertise will strengthen our service offerings in this growing market segment.”
