Post&Parcel--Global Logistic Properties (GLP), a supplier of modern logistics facilities in China and Japan, has signed a long-term lease with DHL Supply Chain for facility space in the Japanese city of Urayasu.
DHL Supply Chain will move into GLP Urayasu III next month, and will lease approximately 34,800 square metres of floor space, almost half the total size of the hub. The property will function as a distribution centre for apparel products, the company confirmed.
