As always, the system is designed to be adaptable to a variety of application needs. To that end, it can be fitted with standard accessories such as a rotation unit, braking unit and different types of tool fittings customized to the specific application requirements.”
Available in a choice of standard sizes, the new MechLift™ can accommodate loads from 165 lbs. (75 kgs) to 1400 lbs. (650 kgs) and has a maximum stroke of 6 feet 6 inches (2000 mm). The flexibility of accessory and tool add-ons makes it adaptable for a wide variety of material handling applications, including but not limited to roll handling, drum handling, sheets, doors, windows, storage tanks as well as general auto parts.
Constructed to be strong, reliable, easy-to-use and maintenance-free, the MechLift™ manipulator is built upon telescopically formed aluminum profiles that are anodized. The lifter is designed to be used with one of RonI’s expandable, lightweight floor- or ceiling-mounted anodized aluminum rail systems.
