Ryan brings an extensive sales background in global supply chain experience and will play a key role in developing parcel solutions for small and large parcel shippers globally. He will work on developing an advanced channel for DHL Worldwide Express. Pro Star Parcel is one of DHL’s largest Authorized Agents in the US. Ryan’s career reflects his knowledge and expertise in developing solutions for complex parcel networks. Ryan spent 24 years with DHL Worldwide Express and held the position of Director, National Accounts. He was responsible for a revenue base that exceeded $240 million and a sales pipeline that exceeded that amount. He has traveled to more than 20 countries during his tenure with DHL in developing global solutions for multi-national organizations. Earlier in his career, he was an Area Sales Manager and pioneered the early concept of working with a reseller channel. This allowed him to focus on larger customers and have the reseller work on smaller customers and give them a more personalized service. Ryan also spent some time at GENCO Parcel & Transportation Management, DSC Logistics and Velocity Express. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts – Business Economics degree from Benedictine University (Lisle, Illinois) and is a member of CSCMP.
