Chief Executive Officer, a recently formed position, with primary responsibility for driving the company’s
global parcel delivery strategies.
Grove joined the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) in 1979, and served in a variety of executive and leadership
positions, including Manager of Ground Product Marketing & Management at USPS headquarters. Here
she led marketing activities for the Postal Service’s growing portfolio of ground shipping services, including
Parcel Select and Parcel Return Service. Prior to joining International Bridge, Grove served as Secretary
and Chief Administrative Officer of the Postal Regulatory Commission from 2009 through the fall of 2015.
She is also active in mentoring future industry leaders serving as the Chair of Women in Logistics and
Delivery Services (WILDS) and on the Board of Directors of Executive Women in Government (EWG).
