Since 1987, the company’s goal overall is providing excellent customer service to clientele in the furniture, retail and technology industries by offering shipping supplies, display presentation boxes and custom logo shipping boxes. Nicole DeJoris, who took over as president of Pinnacle Packaging from her late brother and founder Chris DeJoris in 2019, believes the new website will present a personal view of company as well as its services.
“This website will give my current and future clients the ability to get to know who we are,” she said. “I think that's very important. I feel the current design will bring us into the present.”
The easy to navigate website lets visitors know of the team, testimonials, the types of custom packaging available and its commitment to being an eco-friendly company. Seeing how other companies do business, Nicole DeJoris wants to add an e-commerce element into the mix.
“We’re here to help e-commerce businesses grow as well,” she said. “My manufacturing clients are also trying to launch product lines that they could sell both products online as well. Currently, most of my clients place orders with me because we don't have the capability for them to go online and place an order like on Amazon. It's all either via email or over the phone or in person. In the near future, I want to cater to the e-commerce type of business.”
