Huntingdon Valley PA – VIPparcel, a Postal Qualified Wholesaler (PQW) with the USPS, announced that it will be opening a new San Francisco office and warehouse in mid-March, 2020.
This means VIPparcel’s west coast clients can now send packages being shipped to international destinations, to VIPparcel’s warehouse in Hayward, CA and VIPparcel will process the packages and transport them to the airport (San Francisco – SFO) which is a USPS processing center.
This important “first mile” processing saves the USPS significant expense and usually provides attractive discounts to VIPparcel’s shippers.
The new office and warehouse will be under the direction of a West Coast Manager of Operations and Sales, Juan Visperas. Mr. Visperas will oversee the facility, which is expected to eventually include truck drivers, administrative personnel, warehouse staff and sales-people, to service west coast clients who ship internationally to 190 countries by USPS.
“We are excited to expand our services to our west coast clients,” said Snezhana Bogatin, owner of VIPparcel, “the west coast is the center for a significant amount of international shipping by e-commerce clients.
VIPparcel’s east coast operations include facilities in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Florida for parcels shipping internationally through JFK and Miami airports. Plans call for new warehouses in Texas, Chicago and Connecticut to facilitate international shipping from any point in the U.S..
According to USPS, as a PQW, VIPparcel works closely with the U.S. Postal Service to help businesses global mailing and shipping preparation, transportation, and printing. This includes working with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to facilitate packages coming into the United States.
