Post&Parcel--FedEx Corp is speeding up plans to retire 76 outdated and inefficient aircraft in its global express fleet, as an attempt to respond to slower-than-expected economic growth.
The company told investors yesterday that it will accelerated “by several years” its planned retirement of 47 MD10-10 aircraft, 13 MD 10-30 aircraft and 16 A310-200 aircraft.
