Associated Global Systems (AGS), has expanded its residential delivery service to now deliver products of any weight and size to any residential address in America.

The service, AGS Home Delivery Service, is designed for companies who sell direct to consumers and require a single carrier to handle any customer requirement. AGS Home Delivery offers four on site services including unpacking and removal of debris, and assembly, either in the customers home or in an AGS warehouse prior to delivery.

In addition, a return service is available for customers who wish to return products that can include repacking and an economical return service to the sender.

Also included is the industrys best tracking and inventory system available through the AGS website. Companies can track shipment information and inventory levels, which is continually update. Their customers can also keep advised of shipment status from their home PC.

Scott Richter, Director of Quality Service for AGS, states that AGS Home Delivery is the most flexible in the country, with delivery times between Monday and Saturday and up to 10:00 pm. Companies can also specify four levels of service time, Overnight, Two Day, Three Day or Deferred, from any origin in the U.S.

AGS has over 50 warehouse sites around the country that are available to customers for storage of products prior to delivery, or for those pending appointment deliveries. These facilities are also available to customers to use for inventory or as regional distribution centers.
