Wilmington, Delaware (Sept. 2, 2026) Opti-Mystic.ai, a new company led by professionals with decades of shipping industry experience, has launched to help shippers solve operational problems and make informed decisions in today's AI landscape.

Many shipping environments have grown in layers over extended timelines, often across multiple systems and carrier connections. A change in one area can affect business rules and workflows elsewhere, adding risk to what initially appears to be a straightforward request.

The scope is guided by the shipper’s priorities, with value delivered through transparent planning and execution, and the solutions created for a customer’s operation are designed to remain visible and under the customer’s control.

The shipping industry knows the cost of limited flexibility well. It often becomes most visible after implementation, when even a routine change must return to the support process.

Artificial intelligence has been a core part of Opti-Mystic.ai’s approach since day one. The company will leverage AI both internally and externally to improve analysis and support operational decisions while helping shippers balance adoption with data sovereignty. Production changes will remain subject to human review, and each use of AI will be evaluated within the requirements and risk boundaries of the shipper’s operation.
