My best tip? Education!! Your distribution center should evolve and the best way to get your people to produce at their best is to train and educate. Formal education is nice but honing in on supply chain issues like association educational opportunities or workshops is more beneficial. 

Don’t forget training on your software systems. Over time people forget and the core functionality and shortcuts are either forgotten or not passed on to new hires. Ask your team: What would you like to know more about? Raise the bar and equip them with the knowledge they need to succeed.
